Had to write in and comment here. We lived in a Tauber property for 4 years. We went in to our landlord with 7 months left on our lease to announce that I was pregnant and needed to leave as we were purchasing a home outside NYC. The Taubers congratulated us and had the apartment re-rented in days. We received our security back in full and left on great terms. Thank you Alan for making a stressful time so easy.
If you are a Tauber Tenant, you must call and order a free apartment rent history.
The free apartment rent history will provide necessary information to confirm that you are receiving the proper services and, most importantly, not being over-charged.
Call the number below and ask them to mail your apartment's rent history statement to you. Landlords are not notified that tenants have requested a copy. You should get it by mail in a few days.
